TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION AND FORMS


For information on the tournament date, location, schedule, maps, etc.  please visit the TOURNAMENT INFO page. This page provides information for teams to register for the tournament, including required tournament forms. 

Tournament Registration

TOURNAMENT FEE:  

Registration fees include a tournament fee plus seven (7) Dal-Rich regional t-shirts.  Extra t-shirts can be ordered for $15 each.  Each team MUST provide an appraiser.  A team that does not provide an appraiser will not be able to compete. If you are able to provide more than one appraiser, you can receive a credit of $50 for each additional appraiser (more than one) up to $100.  

Registration deadlines and fees are as follows:

  • Early Registration Deadline:  11/26/17
    • Tournament Fee:  $150.00 for Early Registration
  • Registration Deadline: 1/8/2018
    • Tournament Fee:  $190.00 for Regular Registration
  • Late Registration Deadline: 01/29/2018
    • Tournament Fee:  $250.00 for Late Registration

INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT:

Dal-Rich Destination Imagination is part of the Destination Imagination affiliate organization Texas DI.  In order to register for our regional tournament, you must register 3 key elements on the Texas DI website:

1. --> a team manager,

2. --> the team (and their chosen challenge this year - must be the same challenge as on the national www.Idodi.org website), and

3. --> a volunteer appraiser (the appraiser registers and links their registration to your team)

  • When you create your account, register as a team manager in the Dal-Rich Region. 

Once you have an account you can create your team online and register them for the tournament.  From here you can register your appraiser and pay the regional tournament fee.

  • Remember – every team needs to provide an appraiser!

Your appraiser needs to go to the Texas site texasdi.org and create an account just like you did.  They need to sign up as an appraiser and then they can register for our tournament.  When they register they will select your team as the team they are representing and then they will be linked to your team.

Tournament Check-in Night

Team Managers -- registration check-in night is Wednesday, February 15th.  Please bring all your Required Paperwork (listed on your challenge Tournament Data Form) and your Medical/Media Release Forms for our experienced check-in volunteers to review with you to ensure you have everything you need for the tournament.  You will also pick up your t-shirts and pins and have an opportunity to ask any last minute questions.

If you are unable to attend please send a co-TM or parent if possible.
